Task Scheduler, a purposeful and flexible project management tool useful in multiple task assignment. While most of the task scheduling tools assign task to each team member, this tool overcomes this problem by sharing the task between the whole team members. It creates multiple task assignments in a single shot. Task completion performance is analyzed by the JFree charts. You are also provided by Email manager which sends notification of the task completed to the team members. You can add a team by specifying team name and Email alias for the team which can be later edited or deleted. In the same way you can even add new users who can be added with admin role or normal user role. After adding a team and team members schedule can be added for the team with multiple task assigned to multiple users, this task schedule can be edited and deleted prior to schedule addition. This flexible tool is provided with quick notes to guide the user. Task Scheduler uses mysql for its database storage, by default it requires mysql server running in local machine.
