You can put a new horse only in a green cell. The levels 2nd and 3rd have some cells locked by default, the blue ones. You can never put a horse into a blue cell .If you have chosen to play all the levels and to proceed with the next level if the current level is completed more then 90%, than all the cells left unfilled into the current level will be inherited as locked cells into the next level . These cells will be red. The red cells are not perpetually locked; they can became white or green if there are not other cells white or green on the table, that means if all the cells that were green at the beginning of the current level have been filled with horses .
