Hit CTRL + ALT + DELETE. Program is not in task manager. Switch over to processes. Highlight file ending in ParentalFilter.exe. End the process. Program cannot be uninstalled while running. Uninstall via control panel.

HEEELP I cannot see my msn email anymore, I cannot uninstall it, what can I do? reformat all? GUSSHHHHHHHH

take down this parental filter..it is not helping at all now i cant uninstall it too..

this parental filter is RUBBISH. not i cant go into sites,even if the simplest thing as to look for my homework stuff i just got redirected to KIDS webpages.

Ditto! My webmail and ISP are through www.cox.net. Needless to say that since I can not uninstall it, I can't get to cox.net website. Not pleased. Any suggestions?

Downloaded it and tried it. Worked to block all porn sites allright, but blocks also sites like Hotmail. Now I can´t uninstall it or open the options window !! How good is that ?
