This inventory management tool assists users in tracking a large number of hardware and computer assets. Assets can be easily and quickly perused via the browse window located to the left of the main screen. As an item is selected the eighteen fields show the data for that asset as well as an image of a .gif or .jpg. This allows for quick location of the correct item. Large text based fields are also provided which let you record detailed notes or history regarding the asset. Standard database fields include warranty, serial number, location, manager, email, phone number, supplier, and more. Each of these, however, can be altered to fit your inventory needs. Email could be changed to SMS or whatever other tool you use for communication. If your database grows large, there are sort, search, and tab functions to help make the database manageable. All features are included in the freeware such as printing reports, help, labels, copy, graphics, and search.
