a) In the trial version, the maximum allowable count down is limited to only 1 minute. In the full version, the maximum allowable count down time is 180 minutes.
b) You can customize the sound to be played when the count down is reached. Just copy your own wav file into the installation folder and overwrite the existing mtimer.wav file.

Minute Timer is a portable application. This means that you can put it in your USB drive and run it directly from the USB drive. This is because Minute Timer does not use the Windows registry at all. The default installation folder is Program Files\Minute Timer. To make Minute Timer portable, you only need to copy the Minute Timer folder and all its contents to your USB drive.
