DeskPaint is a freeware application that allows you to draw on the Windows desktop.
I developed it to use while teaching and demonstrating computer software on a
projected computer screen. When you launch DeskPaint, a new icon will appear in your system tray. Click on the icon to launch DeskPaint’s draggable paint palette. While the palette is on-screen, you will be able to paint will be able to paint on a snapshot of your desktop.

DeskPaint is a freeware application that allows you to draw on the Windows desktop.
I developed it to use while teaching and demonstrating computer software on a
projected computer screen. When you launch DeskPaint, a new icon will appear in your system tray. Click on the
icon to launch DeskPaint’s draggable paint palette. While the palette is on-screen,
you will not be able to interact with Windows. Instead, you will be able to paint on a
snapshot of your desktop. You can select paint brushes and change the paint color
via the palette. Once done painting, just click on the palette’s close icon to erase
your paint strokes and to resume interacting with the Windows desktop.
