The scrolling of the SMS text is perfectly smooth even on an average computer with a low-cost graphics card. For the purpose of broadcasting, the scrollbar can be displayed in any position and any size on the screen of any monitor attached to the system (e.g. video beam, TV out, secondary monitor...). Various options are available for configuring the visual appearance of the SMS ticker: the flow of the scroller (direction, speed, fading...), text appearance (font face, font size, font style...), positioning and sizing.
