XStandard is the first WYSIWYG editor to generate clean XHTML 1.1 markup with no deprecated tags. It is typically integrated into browser/Windows-based content management systems and used by business authors to manage rich content in any language (Chinese, Russian, etc.). It supports images, layout and data tables, lists, links, floats, drag-and-drop and browsing of files in libraries. Formatting is through CSS, which authors reference by selecting styles from a drop-down menu. Web Services (SOAP) are used to reference/upload files. Custom tags can also be inserted. A Screen Reader Preview helps authors adjust content for accessibility. The editor completely separates data from presentation, preparing content for re-use and accessibility applications. XStandard Lite is freeware. XStandard Pro is shareware and offers enhanced Web Services. An eval version of XStandard Pro is available from our Web site.
