It offers a new skinnable interface and a lot of great new features, such as user levels, multi-databases support or SQL script generation. It is now possible to manage all objects of your server and databases including tables, indexes, foreign keys, triggers, constraints, views, stored procedures, users, roles, rules, defaults, udt, udf, logins.
