Our Matrix Pricing function allows the same goods to be charged at different rates and the Receipt facility allows the creation of Invoices to 'one-off' customers. Long Invoice entries (over 1,500 words per line entry) are accommodated. Different, user-adjustable invoices can be printed, with optional Remittance Advice Slips, Invoice Notes, Customer Ageing etc. The Auto-Biller, ideal for web-hosting and subscription management automatically creates invoices at different user-defined intervals. Once an invoice has been created, full sales ledger facilities allow payment allocation, aged Debtor reports and payment chasing facilities - including printing Statements of Account and telephone 'Chase Lists'. The mailing label module has varied sorting options that can help retain customers - or just print a label for a one-off parcel. Comprehensive reports show sales trends by months or years for customers, products and groups. Sales Tax calculations automatically notify you of due taxes. Customer history shows full Invoice and Payment records, total spend, next invoice due etc. Opening balances allow seamless transition from your existing system.
