It eliminates the need to manually distribute the work load to inside processing personnel. Fax Balancer reads a delivery destination and waits for a facsimile to arrive. The program delivers the facsimile as a PDF or Tiff image, reads the next delivery destination and repeats the process in an endless loop. The delivery destination can be either a file folder or an email address. When delivering to an email address the fax can be sent as an attachment or as a link to an archive folder.
